They provide associated training and consultancy services that are sold and delivered across the UK as well as globally through a network of partner organizations and through my client.

Role

This role is focused on the delivery of services to UK based clients, both consultancy and training. The Consultants build rapport with clients, operate as “trusted advisers” and identify further sales opportunities. You will be tasked with project manageing the design and delivery of consulting and training assignments to meet client requirements and in accordance with Company business strategy and values. 

Candidate

• 3 years’ plus experience as a Psychologist and Consultant/trainer
• Experience of leading training and assessment events
• proven experience of designing and delivering team events
• Experience of senior leader/Company board level interventions
• Achievement of sales targets, including new business development
