My client are a specialist occupational psychology organization that develops new leading edge assessment products and services reflective of trends in human resource management practice and the requirements of employers. They also provide associated training and consultancy services that are sold and delivered across the UK as well as globally through a network of partner organizations and through my client. 

Role

Senior Client Partners will work remotely and are based across the UK, tasked with developing a detailed market knowledge about their region and identify opportunities for new business.  They manage the accounts of existing clients with a view to developing a sustainable “partner of choice” relationship (at C suite level) and to grow that activity. Senior Client Partners will be accomplished in managing larger and more prestigious accounts (including multi-nationals) as well as contribute to corporate sales strategy and planning. 

Candidate

• Degree level education, probably in Human Resources, business or psychology
• A deep understanding of best practice use of psychometric and other assessment tests
• A strong knowledge of all employment sectors within the region as well as competition activity
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience
• Highly professional with strong interpersonally skilled and able to build trust and confidence on others
• Excellent communication skills, including ability to give presentations to senior audiences
• Track record of success in high value sales, with a consultative selling style
