Role

The Director of Client Solutions primary responsibility is to build business by uncovering a client’s leadership gaps and successfully matching solutions that solve their business issues by improving leadership capacity. The ideal candidate is someone who is experienced in using a consultative approach to client relationship development, and is credible in discussing strategic business issues with senior leaders at the forefront of rapidly changing industries, like technology and health care.

Candidate

• 3-5 years sales experience
• Track record of closing large deals (£75,000)
• Experience managing 20+ accounts
• Selling experince in Learning & Development/Training/Human Capital
