Role
My client are looking for a Business Development Manager who can demonstrate the drive to generate profitable sales, taking overall responsibility for effective lead management, personal prospecting and account management, identifying and converting major sales opportunities through both new business opportunities and existing accounts. You will be working alongside experienced and highly talented colleagues to scope out client requirements and build engaging proposals that represent a&dc as World Leaders in our field.

- Significant B2B experience selling complex consulting solutions.
- A track record within the Talent Management consulting sector.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and beat assigned targets and deadlines consistently.
